The FBM KLCI (-0.66%) ended lower as profit taking activities were seen in utilities heavyweights, notably the YTL-related counters despite posting strong earnings. Meanwhile, market breadth was negative as losers outnumbered gainers at 845-to-450 stocks. On the broader market, the Technology sector (+0.50%) was the leading sector on the back of buying support in INARI (+21.0 sen) and JCY (+5.0 sen). Meanwhile, the Healthcare sector (-2.62%) was the worst decliner due to selling pressure in TOPGLOV (-8.0 sen).
