Budget 2019 under "new" Government.
Tunku Abdul Rahman University College (TarUC) government promise since year 1972.
The "only" Chinese majority college with no "quota", due to "quota' political discrimination itself.
“With an allocation of only RM5.5mil, TarUC is forced to increase its fee and this will burden parents who want their children to study there. - The Star

Devil's Advocate:
Education RM5,500,000 vs Religion RM882,801,000? The minor is worst than beggers given the left overs for running dogs and cats for a 20% minority population's allocation in proportion.
Does it looks anything close to "not claiming discrimination" while the “only higher education budget” for the 20% minorities is allocated just 0.6% (less than 1%) token, compared to political agenda religion body which is too rich and free spending time on LGBT instigations and topics?
