Comparison between countries on house prices over annual income ratio
Dear All,
The good news for Malaysia, we are somewhere between 4-5 times ratio (again it depend where you live in Malaysia), it wud be higher for those in Penang compared to Kuantan (see below – Fig 1).
For China resident, the ratio is ridiculously high for anyone to afford !
