PROPOSED DISPOSAL OF TWO (2) PARCELS OF LAND HELD UNDER LOTS 789 & 2861 BLOCK 20 KEMENA LAND DISTRICT, BINTULU SARAWAK ("PROPOSED DISPOSAL") |
We refer to the announcements dated 17 July 2020, 30 July 2020, 18 September 2020, 21 September 2020, 2 October 2020 and 6 October 2020 in relation to the Proposed Disposal (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous Announcements shall apply herein. On behalf of the Board, AmInvestment Bank wish to announce that the Company had on 21 October 2020 received the balance of the Disposal Consideration of RM306.00 million from the Vendor. In this respect, the Proposed Disposal is deemed completed on 21 October 2020.

Now this 18 sen dividend at 86.5 sen will be the very best for a long long time As of now only in i3 forum people are aware Not for long. Tomorrow Naim after Egm will announce officially the Actual Dividend Payout Once News Out Dividend Paying Income Funds might be drawn back to Naim again
ITS HIGH WAS RM6.40 IN YEAR 2007 & ITS DIVIDEND THEN WAS ONLY 11 SEN NOW IS 18 SEN IF NAIM REBOUND TO JUST 1/3 OF RM6.40 IT WILL BE RM2.13

Last 18 months Naim being the top holder of Dayang also gone up to Rm1. 41 while Dayang surged to Rm3. 01
Even when Naim crossed the high of Rm1. 40 Directors/Insiders did not even sell a single Naim shares and holding tightly.
This shows that they think Naim is still undervalue at Rm1. 41 and therefore still holding on for higher prices
Will Naim cross Rm1. 41 again?
Yet to be seen
Meanwhile they are rewarded with 18 sen dividend soon
And we are indeed fortunate to buy in at such a good price and getting the best dividend just in time
Since they are major shareholders of them we can expect speedy declaration of dividend which is as easy as a, b, c... just as they speedily executed the final delivery and sales proceed
