This latest Feb 2024 results showed a profit of Rm25,426,000

Now let's go see again its balance sheet

Non-current liabilities

Loans and Borrowings 110,963,000

Current liabilities

Loans and Borrowings 191,157,000

Non current & current loans

totaled = Rm302,120,000

Now less its cash & cash equivalents

Rm250,138,000

Short term funds 5,349,000

Investment securities 28,094,000

Other current assets 5,935,000

Totaled = Rm289,516,000

Total debt less cash

= Rm12,604,000 (total net debt)

So if TSH's earnings remain status quo at just Rm25 millions this month

THEN TSH WILL END IN CASH SURPLUS POSITION 

2. MORE CASH ON THE WAY

Sale of Bulugan was Rm731.09 Millions

out or 3 portions two sale of two were completed and cash about Rm500 Millions received

(much of this was used to pared down debt)

Now remaining 13,338 acres for Rm221 Millions to be received by 4th July 2024

That will be 16 sen gross. Taking out 10% shares of Garibaldi Thohir the Net cash is 14.4 sen

If in this will be reported in the following Quarter Results

Investors in Nusantara Capital City (IKN) will be granted a right to cultivate (HGU) of up to 190 years as the House of Representatives (DPR) have decided to ratify the IKN Bill to be a law.

DPR Deputy Speaker Sufmi Dasco Ahmad was the star at the 7th plenary session that was held on Tuesday (3/10). The DPR leader from Partai Gerakan Indonesia Raya (Gerindra) chaired the level II discussion that determined the Bill on the Amendment to Law No. 3/2022 on IKN to be passed as a law.

After Sufmi Dasco has affirmed his approval for the IKN Bill to be a law twice, the meeting participants agreed.
