Hi Guys,

I have An Investment Approach I which I would like to all.

Dear Friends

Not all Companies are closed during MCO 3

Some people panic into Cash because they think MCO 3 will cause all Businesses to Close Shop from operating which is not true

Anyone who keep to cash is also a form of investment

Bank FD rate is only 1.75%

See what is the P/E?

100 divides by 1.75 or 100/1.75 = 57.14 P/E

PE 57.14 means it will take 57.14 years to double your money or increase by a mere 1.75% per year

Do you know Cooking OIl has gone up 30% already in just one year?

World Bank hikes price forecast for vegetable oils on supply shortfall

New Delhi — Global vegetable oils and meals prices are expected to rise sharply in 2021, before stabilizing in 2022 due to supply shortfalls and stronger-than-expected consumption patterns, the World Bank said in its semi-annual commodity markets outlook report.

The international financial organization in its April 20 report revised its 2021 Oils and Meals Index by nearly 30% from its October outlook and said that global supplies -- the sum of beginning stocks and production -- of the eight major edible oils is expected to grow by 2.9 million mt in 2020-21, down from 3.4 million mt 2019-20.

Since Vege Oil Up 30% it will be very good for all Palm Oil Companies as they are expected to earn lots and lots more profit now and into year 2022

See Saji 5kg oil

IT WAS LESS THAN RM23 NOT LONG AGO

AND ALL PALM OIL ESTATES OPERATE DURING MCO 3 BECAUSE PALM OIL IS ESSENTIAL FOOD (USED IN 50% OF ALL SUPERMARKET PRODUCTS FROM Hwatai Biscuit, Hupseng Biscuit, Maggie Mee, Milo, Gardenia Bread & Etc Etc)

List of retail sectors allowed to open during MCO 3.0

1. Supermarkets/hypermarkets are limited to the food and beverage/basic necessities section

2. Departmental Store is limited to the food and beverage/basic necessities section

3. Pharmacy/personal care store (Hair shampoo, soap made from palm oil also)

4. Convenience Store/mini market

5. Grocery store (If buy food must use cooking oil to fry or cook)

6. Restaurants and Eateries (Lots of cooking oil used by these also. Your teh tarik (No milk: Milk substitude made from Palm Oil as well as all coffee creamer from palm oil)

7. Laundry (including self-service) Laundry detergent also made from palm oil

SO BEST NOW IS PALM OIL COMPANIES

Why?

Answer:

1) PALM OIL COMPANIES WILL REPORT FANTASTIC RESULTS ONE BY ONE

2) MANY WILL GIVE HIGHER DIVIDENDS, SPECIAL DIVIDENDS. FREE BONUS ISSUES

3) PALM OIL AS A GROUP STILL VERY VERY CHEAP IN COMPARISON TO TECH, GLOVE & STEEL/ALUMINIUM WHICH HAVE ALL GONE UP. SO BUY LOW SELL HIGH  APPLY TO PALM OIL STOCKS WHICH ARE STILL NEGLECTED AS A GROUP.

Best Regards

Cooking oil
The most direct and well-known use of palm oil is to make cooking oil. Cooking oil made from palm oil can take 2 forms:
Red palm oil, which, as the name suggests, is the oil palm fruit’s natural colour of red.
Refined bleached deodorised palm oil (RBDPO) is the more commonly found type of cooking oil as it does not turn food it comes into contact with red.
Learn more about GAR’s range of cooking oil here.

Palm oil ingredient name: Palm olein

Got data on every company harvest yield? Price up but harvest yield down also no use ma. Heard many plantations are screaming because of not enough labor. Fruits left to rot. Those who have a plantation in Indonesia are even worst. 2nd, what is the impact of shipping on the cost of oil palm? 3rd, cannot use the local market as a gauge because local cooking oil is subsidised. Now price so high because of less output not because of increasing demand. Speaking of demand, with MCO, ppl less go out. So, bath also less, change shirt also less and therefore shampoo, shaver, laundry detergent all use less. Somemore, last time ppl 10am, 3pm...yum cha time. Now mana ada. Use less creamer some more.....haih.....like that apa macam ah??

At least you got ask sensible questions and honest doubts so here are the answers

1. Last year when coronavirus started all medical gloves including heathcare companies gone up as a whole irrespective of their poor performance in pre covid 19 years of 2019 or before

So by the same yardstick all palm oil players will turn profitable when Cpo prices stay elevated

2. Demand for palm oil comes mostly from India and China. Combined population over 2.7 billion people

3. A new demand comes from biofuel as world must avoid climate disaster

This one will turn palm oil, soyoil and cornoil into biofuel

Shipping cost is inevitable for all including tech stocks sending their goods as well

All these are factored into the selling prices still with high profit margin especially now for palm oil in its 10 years historical peak

What about hupseng biscuit and Maggie Mee?

Somemore, EU banned malaysia palm oil due to deforestation. US banned few malaysia giant palm oil company due to forced labor. India put high tax on malaysia palm oil due some political things la but I think now loosen abit la. Also India now also big covid problem. So, who is buying? Only left the big market is china. But i heard growing big time in Hainan island since 2019. meaning in 2 more years, they can produce pam oil for themselves and lesser import a'dy. Last, if less import needed, do u think they will get it from malaysia or should i say specially Robert kuok ah?...only Mr. Xi can tell.

All these questions got answers

1. Eu want to ban palm oil because they want to promote their rapeseed oil. But rapeseed oil is less efficient to produce than palm oil as they use 5 times more land area to produce the same amount of palm oil

As such rapeseed oil is expensive and not economical to produce

Last year gloves and medical went up because at the time so many guru came out to promote. Now all got bitten a'dy. U think so many ppl will still chase since it is the same modus operandi. It is like oil. Price goes up above USD70+ but oil & gas like dead fish. Also like steel. But still went up la but then ppl realise will be the same as gloves as it is seasonal. Hence drop back. Can buy la but for punting loh. Not investing loh. Becuase it depends who sit hold the last ball loh. I think sure not u loh......right???

The same reason due to palm oil being more efficient and cheaper to produce the people of USA want to protect their soybean oil by talking down palm oil

Nothing can stop palm oil just as USA cannot stop China producing cheaper goods

As for India they consume the most vege oil as alot of Indians are vegetarians

India does not produce enough vege oil. And the vege oil like groudnut, mustard seed oil, sunflower seed oil are way too expensive

So India has no choice but to import cheapest palm oil

China planting Palm oil in hainan is nothing new just as they also try to plant rubber trees and durians as well

With a booming population of over 1.35 Billion people there is not much land there

Malaysia only got 30 million people and Indonesia Borneo is also a very big island

Plus China wages can never compete against Indon wages at only Rm600 per month

Glove, steel, oil & gas up and down are cyclical

Palm oil also cyclical until

Until?

Until palm oil has a New CATALYST

NOW THE WORLD IN CLIMATE CRISIS IS TURNING TO RENEWABLE ENERGY LIKE BIODISEL

PHILLIP 66 IS BUILDING WORLD BIGGEST BIODISEL REFINERY IN USA

LOTS OF SOYBEAN AND PALM OIL WILL LATER TURN INTO BIODIESEL

PALM OIL AS BIODISEL WILL HAVE 2 SUPPORTING PILLARS

1. AS FOOD. 50% OF ALL SUPERMARKET GOODS GOT PALM OIL

2. ELECTRICITY WILL COME FROM BIODISEL
ELECTRICITY IS UTILITY JUST LIKE WATER WHICH ARE RECESSION PROOF

Hainan climate similar to our tropical climate. rubber, oil palm anor coconut are planted in certain areas. Sanya Island is the world renowed resort where the miss world contest was held. Land usage is strictly controlled. Wages are much higher here, locals like everywhere else shun the 3D jobs. Labour scarcity far worse off compared to our country. Generally, Labour in the North eastern side are more abundant compared to the southern part of China
