If we do a quick comparison on these few metrics,
1. Efficiency - net profit margin %, ROE
2. Cheapness - Market Cap / Free Cash Flow
3. Asset quality - yield per acre
JTiasa appears to be the winner among Taann, SOP and SWK Plant but lacking in terms of dividend yield ( as compared to Taann). When Jtiasa catch up on dividend payout, then it will be an obvious overall winner. Let's see if the one in control has this intention .

In year 1970 My family moved to Lorong Meranti, Off Jalan Kenanga 55100 KL
Whle my neighbour from Blue Boy Mansion, Changkat Thamby Dollar also shifted house to Lorong Maarof, Bangsar Park
My Family bought a First Floor Apartment for Rm18,000
My neighbour bought their 2 Storey House in Bangsar for Rm20,000
Fast forward 54 years later
A two storey house in Bangsar Park is listed in PropertyGuru for Rm2 Millions

So from Rm20K to Rm2 MILLIONS after 54 years is up
Rm2 Millions divided by Rm20,000
= 100 X (Times!)
or up 10,000%
And up per year 10,000% divides by 54 years
= 185% per year!
THAT'S IT
AMAZING POWER OF COMPOUNDING (Which is the 8th Wonder of the world)
That means that the house more than doubled every year for the last 54 years
To be precise the House Appreciated by 185% per year for 54 years
And for that we have not included the possible amount of rental collected for the last 54 years

"IKN is our investment for the future, investment for the sustainability of Indonesia. However, the government cannot develop it alone; it requires the role and contribution of us all, especially entrepreneurs, investors, and CEOs," he stated in North Penajam Paser, East Kalimantan, on Thursday.
Jokowi made the statement at the Kompas 100 CEO Forum monitored online on Thursday.
The president noted that the total IKN development budget, which reaches US$33 billion, cannot be borne by the government alone.
To this end, the government is planning that 20 percent of the IKN development budget will be sourced from the state budget (APBN), while the remaining 80 percent will be from the government-private partnership scheme.
"I am happy that after the government started (the construction of IKN) two years ago, in the middle of this year, the private sector joined, carried out groundbreaking, and so on, and currently, we are still prioritizing (investment) from within the country first," he stated.
According to Jokowi, contribution of the private sector will accelerate the construction process of IKN that is forecast to be fully completed in 15 years.
"I invite you all because the price of land is still low. Here, (at the IKN location), it (land price per meter) is still below Rp1 million (around US$63.08)," he remarked.
"However, maybe, next week, the price will go up. Next month, it will (probably) go up because the price continues to move," he remarked.
The president urged entrepreneurs to not harbor concerns about investing in IKN, as it has been regulated by law and supported by 93 percent of factions of political parties in the House of Representatives (DPR).
"I also see that going forward, the green economy in our country becomes a big opportunity. The opportunity is crystal clear, (and) what is left is whether we want to begin as soon as possible or not," he remarked.

One Sq Meter is 10.764 sq ft
So to get Per Sq Ft Cost in ringgit
Divides Rm299.70 by 10.764
= Rm27.80
YES! UNBELIEVABLE BUT TRUE FACT OF LIFE
PSF Cost Now Rm27.80

from 15.9 sen Cost (16 years ago in 2008 Book Value. Note: Last valuation was in year 2013)
