In the coming Notion EGM on 11th Jan 2021, the company is proposed diversifcation of the existing business of Notion Vtec Berhad and its subsidiaries to INCLUDE the PRODUCTION and Trading of GLOVES.

1. INTRODUCTION On 30 October 2020, our Board announced that we have decided to venture into the Glove Business in line with our expansion into the personal protective equipment business. On 24 November 2020, HLIB announced, on behalf of our Board, that we proposed to undertake the Proposed Diversification after taking into consideration that the Glove Business is anticipated to contribute more than 25% of our PAT in the future.
