(a)     directorships held in companies falling within the Petroliam Nasional Berhad (PETRONAS) Group*
(b)     his office as Vice President & Group Financial Controller of PETRONAS; and
(c)     his shareholdings in PETRONAS Chemicals Group Berhad, a company listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia, collectively referred to as [Involvement in the PETRONAS Group]. His Involvement in the PETRONAS Group may be viewed as potential conflict of interest.
 
Our Company proposes to introduce and implement measures to resolve, eliminate or mitigate such potential conflicts and continuously monitor, review and assess such potential conflicts of interests of Encik Shamsul, being a director of the Company.
