Puan Nor Rejina Binti Abdul Rahim ("Pn. Rejina"), a well-known veteran in the investment management industry, has over 25 years of capital markets experience in Malaysia. She specialises in the areas of compliance and governance and is a key player in developing and implementing compliance, governance as well as diversity and inclusion (D & I) practices in the Malaysian capital markets.

Pn. Rejina graduated with an honours degree in law from the University of Kent at Canterbury in the United Kingdom and was called to the Bar of England & Wales. She was admitted as a Barrister-at-Law (Lincolns Inn) in 1997, and is a Certified Capital Market Professional-Compliance Advocate -from the Securities Industry Development Corporation, a related arm of the Securities Commission Malaysia.

Pn. Rejina started her career as a legal officer at Pengkalen Securities Sdn. Bhd. in 1997 before moving on to investment management. In 1998, Pn. Rejina joined Principal Asset Management Berhad (previously known as CIMB Principal Asset Management) and left as its Associate Director. She then served as the Founding Managing Director & Country Head of Nomura Asset Management Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. from 2006 to 2021 and was subsequently appointed as an Advisor until April 2023. She is currently the Managing Founder of Wahine Capital Sdn. Bhd. and an Advisor to the Institutional Investors Council Malaysia.

Currently, Pn. Rejina sits on the board of Pavilion Real Estate Investment Trust, KAF Investment Bank Berhad, KAF Investment Funds Berhad and a few private limited companies in Malaysia. She is also the Chairperson of the Steering Committee of the Sustainable Investment Platform of the Securities Commission, a council member of The Malaysia International Islamic Financial Centre (MIFC) Leadership Council and a Founding Committee member of the Malaysia Co-Investment Fund (MYCIF).
