1. Gan Thiam Hock is the brother of Gan Thiam Chai, the Executive Chairman of Kawan Food Berhad and he is deemed interested pursuant to Section 8 of the Companies Act 2016 by virtue of his substantial shareholdings in GFG (L) Foundation.

2. Gan Thiam Hock is the brother-in-law to Kwan Sok Kay (who retires from the Board of Kawan Food Berhad on 1 October 2024), who is deemed interested pursuant to Section 8 of the Companies Act 2016 by virtue of her substantial shareholdings in GFG (L) Foundation.
