Encik Abdul Rahim Rajah Bin Abdullah ("Encik Abdul Rahim Rajah") graduated with a Certificate in Civil Engineering (Constructions) from Politeknik Shah Alam, Selangor in 2008 and Bachelor in Engineering (Construction) from Kuala Lumpur Infrastructure University in 2012. He obtained the Certificate in Safety and Health Officer issued by National Institute of Occupational Safety & Health (NIOSH), Bangi by passing 3 test papers required with distinction.

Encik Abdul Rahim Rajah began his career in construction industry with Ibrahim Mian Sdn. Bhd. as a Junior Supervisor during his internship period from January 2008 to June 2008 where he assisted in taking off for building quantities, preparation of tender documents and feasibility studies, making valuation and progress payments and explaining and implementing terms and regulation in building contracts.

Then, Encik Abdul Rahim Rajah worked as an Area Officer of Dun Batu Tiga in Selangor State Executive Council from January 2009 to January 2011. He also worked as a Safety Supervisor in Sricool Eng Sdn. Bhd. from February 2011 to March 2021. Currently, he works as a Project and Operation Manager in Stellant Emporis Sdn. Bhd.
