After graduating, Mr. Law Ngai Meng (" Mr. Law") began his career as a General Manager at Syarikat Kai Nguong Nursery, one of Sabah's largest landscape and plant nurseries. In this role, he contributed to various major landscape beautification projects, including those for Sutera Harbour Resort, Shangri-La Rasa Ria Resort, and Kota Kinabalu International Airport, as well as landscape maintenance for prominent sites like the Dewan Undangan Negeri Sabah and Kementerian Kewangan.

In 2003, Mr. Law founded Garden Culture Sdn Bhd, a retailer and wholesaler of garden supplies. He later diversified into construction and property development, expanding his involvement into strategic planning for LL Prospects Sdn Bhd, a company in the oil palm plantation industry.
 
Previously, he was the Independent Non-Executive Director of Bahvest Resources Berhad and resigned in February 2024. Currently, Mr. Law serves as Executive Director of Infraharta Holdings Berhad, a public listed company on Bursa Malaysia's Main Market, focused on construction contracts and property development. He is also a member of Infraharta Holdings Berhad's Risk Management Committee.
