Datuk Johannes Lo Chaw Jack ("Datuk Johannes") joined Pembinaan Azam Jaya Sdn Bhd in 2007 after completing his A-Levels in 2006, to oversee and actively involve in the day-to-day on-site construction activities. During his tenure, he developed a deep understanding on construction operations and focused on identifying opportunities to enhance safety and efficiency at the work sites.

He was appointed as a director of Azam Jaya Land Sdn Bhd in 2011, he took on a key role in  managing development and construction projects. The following year, he was appointed as the Chief Technical Officer of Kolopis Jaya Sdn Bhd, overseeing all construction projects with a specialisation in machinery management.

In 2024, he was designated as Head of Sustainability & Innovation, where he is responsible for formulating and implementing sustainable business strategies, identifying opportunities to reduce environmental impact, improving social responsibility and introducing innovative technologies in the construction industry.
