Mr. Ng started his career as an Information Technology (IT) Manager managing IT, hardware and software systems with a local metal recycling company in year 2000. He was subsequently promoted in 2007 to be the Operations Director. Over the years, his job scope has grown to include overseeing various departments such as human resource, production, plant facilities, legal compliance, government affairs, environmental, health and quality management systems and administration department. With over 12 years of working experience in the metal recycling industry, Mr. Ng has gained a wide knowledge in business development and management.
