Datuk Dr. Tea is concurrently the Executive Chairman and Managing Director of Accrelist Ltd. (Accrelist, and together with its subsidiaries, the Accrelist Group) and the Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Jubilee Industries Holdings Ltd. (Jubilee, and together with its subsidiaries, the Jubilee Group). Jubilee is a subsidiary of Accrelist, and both Accrelist and Jubilee are listed on the Catalist Board of Singapore Exchange. He is responsible for the overall growth of both Accrelist Group and Jubilee Group and his main role is to determine the strategic direction of both groups, as well as acquiring and nurturing new businesses with a view of taking them to greater heights.
Since assuming leadership at Accrelist, Datuk Dr. Terence Tea has spearheaded a remarkable turnaround, revitalising Accrelists portfolio and positioning the company as a leader in its industry sectors. His strategic vision has catalysed significant restructuring and growth initiatives, particularly in transitioning Accrelist into a diversified entity with substantial interests in high-growth sectors such as medical aesthetics and electronics manufacturin
Datuk Dr. Tea brings with him a wealth of experience in the corporate world, providing key inputs to the board of directors of both groups and he has been instrumental in advising on the respective corporate matters. He drives the formulation and implementation of business plans and strategies for the groups.
Datuk Dr. Tea's comprehensive knowledge and experience of the industry has aided both Accrelist and Jubilee to spot growth opportunities, especially during the restructuring period of 2013 to 2017.
