Working Experience
Mr Lee started his working career in 1978 as Examiner of Accounts with the Federal Audit Department, Government of Malaysia for 4 years where he was responsible for the audit of accounts and performance appraisal of the Federal and State statutory bodies.
He then joined the private sector as Company Secretary with two (2) public listed companies for around 8 years.
Subsequently, he was with the Hong Leong Group Malaysia ("HL Group") for over 20 years and was involved in the provision of management and support services to all public listed companies within HL Group, including corporate finance and advisory services relating to mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and capital raising exercises; obtaining regulatory approvals; compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate governance.
