Ms. Ang Kheng Im completed the final year of professional education at Emile Woolf College, London, United Kingdom in 1992 and obtained her professional qualification from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in London, United Kingdom in the same year. She is a Chartered Accountant of Malaysia and is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.
Working Experience
Ms. Ang Kheng Im has been the Chief Financial Officer of United Overseas Australia Ltd since 1994. Following the reorganisation pursuant to the listing of the Company, Ms. Ang was transferred to the Company. She is responsible for the finance and accounts departments and also oversees the internal control function, company secretarial compliance, tax compliance, management information system and legal matters of the Company. Prior to joining of the Company, she spent four years as a Senior Auditor at Khoo Wong and Chan.
