He started his career with Motorola Technology Sdn Bhd, Penang from 1991 to 2005 before being transferred to Motorola Mobility Inc, Singapore (regional headquarters).
In his 22 years tenure with a Fortune 500 Multi National Company (MNC), he has gained valuable experience in the area of regional supply chain management, which included managing outsourced manufacturing and distribution services, sourcing/procurement strategies and vendor management, program management, new product introduction and process optimization.
His last posting with Motorola was as a Regional Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) Operations Director.
He joined Impian Ekspresi Sdn Bhd in early 2014 as a Special Projects Director for the redevelopment of Damansara Town Centre (DTC), a multi billion Ringgit mixed development project.
He was instrumental for the negotiation and management of strata title buyback program, termination of long term lease agreements and relocation of tenants.
He was also responsible for liaising with government authorities for special funding and infrastructure programs, and was part of the tender selection committee for consultants and contractors.
He was also part of the management team driving other development projects from conceptualization to planning, implementation and cost control.
He brings along with him a wealth of regional management expertise from his 22 years experience in a MNC organization.
Coupled with his involvement in property development, his exposure will be valuable to our Group's property development in terms of cost, quality and delivery performances.
