Dato' Sri Wong Sze Chien started his career in 1999 by joining an audit firm. He was an audit director when he left in 2009 to venture into property development and construction business. Besides having vast experience in the property development and construction industry, he also has extensive experience in audit, tax and advisory on business restructuring, mergers and acquisitions covering a broad spectrum of industries.
Dato' Sri Wong has investments and holds directorships in several private limited companies involved in property development and construction, provision of photovoltaic (PV) solar energy solutions, food and beverage business, supermarket business and provision of professional consultancy services.

Dato' Sri Wong Sze Chien is a cousin of Dato' Sri Andrew Lim Eng Guan, the Executive Director and major shareholder of TAFI Industries Berhad having indirect interest in 39,515,908 shares of TAFI Industries Berhad which are held by Armani Synergy Sdn. Bhd., a company in which Dato' Sri Andrew Lim Eng Guan is deemed interested pursuant to Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2016.
