He graduated with Master Degree in Engineering Management from the Ivy League's Cornell University in New York. He holds a First Class Honours Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration with highest distinction from the RMIT University in Melbourne. He is also a member of Board of Engineering Malaysia.

He has 16 years of experience in the field of property development and construction. He is the founder of MITC Engineering Sdn Bhd ("MITCE"), a newly acquired wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, and hold the position as Managing Director of MITCE. Under his astute leadership, the MITCE business has achieved great milestone.

Securities held in the Company as at 1.12.2016:-
i) 45,000,000 Irredeemable Convertible Preference Shares of RM0.50 each ("ICPS")
ii) 66,940,298 Rights of Allotment to the Ordinary Shares of RM0.50 each ("Rights of Allotment")
Direct interest through the issuance of ICPS and grant of the Rights of Allotment to Datuk Lim Lit Chek by ML Global Berhad pursuant to the acquisition of 250,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in MITCE by ML Global Berhad from Datuk Lim Lit Chek.
