Mr Lee King Loon graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Commerce from the University of Western Australia. Additionally, he is also member of two accounting bodies, namely CPA Austrlia and the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. Complementing his background in accountancy, Mr. Lee is also a director of Salihin Capital Sdn Bhd, a company that holds a Capital Markets Services Licence under the Capital Markets and Services Act 2007 which provides advisory services in Corporate Finance.

Mr Lee King Loon started his career at KPMG in year 1992 where he was involved in the audits of multinational and public companies listed on Bursa Malaysia.
He then left KPMG for Crowe Horwath where he assumed greater responsibilities, having tasked with leading several engagements as the reporting accountant for corporate exercises by listed companies. His tenure at Crowe Horwath had also given Mr Lee the opportunity to work alongside, and cultivate a closer relationship with, public bodies such as Bursa Malaysia (Bursa) and the Securities Commission Malaysia (SC).He conducted, for the former, surprise audits on stockbroking firms pursuant to requirements set by Bursa whilst for the latter, he reviewed the operations of a fund management company for the purpose of reporting to SCM.
On the other hand, his acclaimed expertise in corporate finance became the basis of independent engagements by shareholders of various public listed companies for the provision of advisory services in respect of the corporate and debt restructuring schemes involving those companies. In addition, he had also provided services in relation to various types of corporate exercises including waivers of mandatory takeover offers.
Throughout his career, Mr Lee has also undertaken to conduct financial due diligence reviews and valuation exercises through engagements by large corporate clients and private equity firms. At Crowe Horwath, his extensive experience was given due recognition when he was made a Principal in 2004 and an Executive Director of Crowe Horwath Advisory Sdn Bhd in 2008.
In March 2010, Mr Lee was appointed Chief Financial Officer of CFS Group plc,a company listed on AIM of the London Stock Exchange, where he had been involved in the formulation of financial strategies to facilitate the expension of the Group's business. In September 2013, Mr Lee was appointed as a director of Salihin Capital Sdn Bhd, a company that provides advisory services in Corporate Finance.
