Mr Chandramohan Subramaniam is a seasoned executive with over 40 years experience in the medical device and semiconductor industry. He was the Group Vice President of Research and Development transforming the organizational performance in Development speed, Productivity, Culture and Business processes. He demonstrated ability to manage large organizations in diverse cultures and deliver outstanding results. His management philosophy focused on teamwork, directed empowerment, and process improvement. He motivates people to perform at their highest level, take intelligent risk and deliver results that matters.
He started his career in Hitachi Semiconductor Group, Malaysia as a Quality Control Engineer and eventually went to Mexico where he joined Motorola de Mexico as Quality Assurance Section Manager and later became the Director of Manufacturing Operations in year 1990. Subsequently in year 2003, he became Sr. VP, Operations at MEMC Electronics Material Inc.
In year 2007, he joined Medtronic as a Tempe Campus Vice President & General Manager (Operation & R&D) and subsequently appointed as CRHF Vice President of R&D in 2012. His last position held in Medtronic was RTG Group Vice President of R&D & Corporate Officer.
