Occupation : Chartered Accountant Working Experience:- Mr Tan has over 28 years of working experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisition, corporate restructuring, accounting, auditing and banking via his involvement with companies operating in Europe, Australia, China and Indonesia. Mr Tan began his career as an auditor with a professional accountancy firm, Messrs HRM-Arthur Andersen (1980-1986). In 1986, he joined Bumiputra-Commerce Finance Berhad as Manager of Finance and Treasury and was subsequently promoted to Senior Manager and then to Deputy General Manager of Financial Services and Credit Control. Prior to joining Puncak Group in 2005, Mr Tan was the Chief Financial Officer of PROTON Holdings Berhad from 1999 to 2005.
