He was appointed as the Corporate Director of Globetronics Technology Bhd ("GTB") in July 2016, in charge of merger and acquisition ("M&A") opportunities, legal review as well as handling of investor relations with the investment community.

Mr. Ng Kok Yu is the son of Mr. Ng Kweng Chong, a major shareholder of GTB and cousin of Mr. Ng Kok Khuan and Mr. Ng Kok Choon who are the directors of GTB.
