Working Experience
Mohd Iskandar Dzulkarnain Bin Ramli is currently appointed as Executive Vice President I (EVP I) - Strategy, Finance & Corporate Services/Chief Corporate Officer (CCO) on 1 November 2020. His role and function are to oversee the financial, corporate services, strategy, corporate risk management and legal matters. The key objective is to prepare the company readiness to take up the business challenge upon completion of Corporate Turnaround/Recovery Plan. On 1 December 2018, Iskandar was appointed as Chief Operating Officer and his primary role is to lead all the subsidiaries on operational matters, focusing on strategy and leading the turnaround of the Company. During the turnaround phase, he had been selected by the BOD as a Key Turnaround Member to improve the Financial and Operational Performance. He was first joined Bina Darulaman Berhad (BDB) in 2014 as Head of Group Corporate Planning and Enterprise Risk Management (GCPERM), where his primary role was to lead, monitor and coordinate the integrated business viability of the Groups business strategy, assess risk on new business opportunities such as commercial development, land development and corporate exercises and its execution. Prior to joining BDB, Iskandar served numerous companies including Khazanah Nasional Berhad, Kumpulan Perangsang Selangor Berhad and Sapuracrest Berhad. Iskandars experience includes a broad range of strategic risk management, including Strategic Development Risk in reviewing key projects namely the Malaysia-China Kuantan Industrial Park, Kuantan Port Expansion (KPE) and the Special Water Project Restructuring Programme at a Federal Government statutory body.
