Lee Junyan began his career as a Research Assistant after completing his Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nottingham Malaysia Campus in 2016. In late 2016, he joined Tex Cycle as a Technical Engineer, where he was responsible for overseeing engineering and environmental aspects of renewable energy projects.
In his role, Lee led the construction of Tex Cycle's waste-to-energy gasification power plant, managing the project from the design phase through to civil works, logistics, and assembly of mechanical and electrical components.
Lee was promoted to Senior Technical Manager, where he took on expanded responsibilities, including managing multiple projects and contributing to research and development efforts aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and sustainability.
Currently, Lee continues to play a key role in advancing Tex Cycle's renewable energy initiatives and strategic direction. His expertise in engineering, project management, and sustainability has been integral to the company's ongoing success.
