Ho Wai Mun ("Caleb") is an experienced senior leader with a proven track record in business development, marketing, and operations management. With a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from HELP University (2000), Caleb's professional journey began in 2005 as a Production Assistant. This initial role laid the foundation for his strong understanding of production and operational processes. In 2011, he joined Tex Cycle as a Business Development Executive, where his strategic mindset and ability to foster client relationships quickly made an impact.
Caleb's career at Tex Cycle has seen him rise through the ranks. In 2019, he was promoted to Marketing Manager, where he led the sales and marketing team to achieve company objectives. His ability to blend leadership with a deep understanding of business development led to his promotion to General Manager in 2020. Caleb's expertise, commitment, and leadership qualities were further recognized in 2023 when he was elevated to Senior General Manager.
