Mr Jason Fong Jian Sheng is an Investor Relations Consultant and is an outstanding leader in the corporate consultancy industry. He has an in-depth knowledge of Malaysias capital market with more than a decade of experience.
He is the founding director of a well-known business consultancy firm in town. His clients ranged from various sectors including information technology, property and construction, healthcare, transportation, oil & gas, trading and retail sectors. His strong network and insights in Malaysia corporate affairs enable him to analyse and provide comprehensive strategies to deliver shareholders value through optimisation of an organisations profitability and efficiency.
Mr Jason Fong is actively involved in many major corporate exercises including initial public offering (IPO) and merger & acquisition (M&A) activities as well as fund raising activities such as private placement and rights issue exercises.
