Yusrenawati Binti Mohd Yusof, aged 46, a Malaysian, female, was appointed as Company Secretary on 18 June 2019. She holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) from University Technology Mara (UiTM), Shah Alam, Selangor and also a member of Malaysia Institute of Accountant (MIA).
Yusrenawati has more than 20 years of experience in Property, Construction and Manufacturing Accounts, Finance, Internal Audit and Taxation. She has 8 years experience in Company Secretarial matters and has been a Company Secretary since 2015. She started her career with Shinei Engineering Sdn Bhd in 1998 and later joined Fairview Groups of Companies as Head of Corporate Services in 2007. She was the Assistant General Manager and the Company Secretary for a China owned Company Jian Wei Development Sdn Bhd in 2017 prior to joining Zelan Berhad on 17 June 2019 as General Manager
