Bumi Armada Berhad (“BAB”) wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Armada Kamelia Sdn Bhd (“Armada Kamelia”) has filed to voluntarily strike off Armada Synergy Ltd (“ASL”), a private limited company incorporated in the United Kingdom (“UK”).

ASL was incorporated on 22 November 20013 to participate in the oilfield services (“OFS”) business, with the principal activities to manage and operate vessels for subsea well services and services relating to oil and gas production. The issued and paid-up share capital of ASL is £100 comprising 100 ordinary shares of £1.00 each.

Due to challenging market conditions for the oil and gas sector, it was decided earlier this year that ASL exit and cease activities in the OFS business. This is in line with BAB’s rationalisation and efficiency plans.

The dissolution of ASL is not expected to have any material impact on the earnings or net assets of the BAB group for the financial year ending 31 December 2015.

Companies House (UK), in its supplement of the London Gazette on 24 November 2015, published a notice pursuant to Section 100(3) of the Companies Act 2006 (UK) that ASL will be struck off the register and deemed dissolved at the end of three (3) months from the date of the notice. As such, ASL will be be dissolved and will cease to be a subsidiary of BAB with effect from 23 February 2016.

This announcement is dated 25 November 2015.

（吉隆坡11日訊）大型基建合約因2016財政預算案受益，分析員認為，水務基建總值22億令吉的水務計劃也很有看頭，加上雪州水務重組，水務相關公司可急起直追。

聯昌研究表示，2016年財政預算案是水務工程的主要催化因素，因在這次的財政預算案當中，政府共撥22億令吉用以提昇水供，當中的25%用以在全國升級及建造更多的用水處理廠，比之前7年的平均撥款高。


以5年第11大馬計劃而言，根據最新數據，政府將撥120億令吉用以水務基建，聯昌研究認為，確切數字會更高，因為在撥款當中不包括水管。根據聯昌估計，這些計劃包括偏遠地區水供、污水處理廠和污水水管。
除了可從政府手上得到合約，雪州水務整合也是水務基建公司的催化因素之一。

雪州水務重組催化
雪州水供公司（Syabas）預測，在接下來5年內水務的資本開銷為43億令吉，以提昇巴生河流域水供服務，當中，就以冷岳2（Langat）計劃投入最多資金，冷岳2第一計劃將涉及9億9千400萬令吉，而第二階段為10億令吉。
此外，早前喊停的彭亨及雪州的跨州運水計劃（IWTS）有望恢復，因為已有一些大直徑水管供應合約，而這些水管計劃總值介於3億至5億令吉。
聯昌表示，雪州目前的備用水容量已低於5%，雪州可能會在冷岳2第二階段推出前尋找其他的水供計劃。

實康是大贏家
在整合後，聯昌認為，實康（SALCON，8567，主板貿服組）會是水務工程大贏家。在商業高峰（PUNCAK，6807，主板基建計劃組）退出水務業務後實康競爭能力提昇，以該公司以往勝出率計算，可贏得總值5億令吉的水務合約，提昇訂單85%。
此外，一些大直徑水管業者如勇達集團（ENGTEX，5056，主板貿服組）及友聯工業（YLI，7014，主板工業產品組）都從跨州運水計劃中收益。
聯昌認為，雖然在水務方面，金務大（GAMUDA,5398,主板建筑組）不是主要受益者，但以整體而言，捷運（MRT）及檳城的交通大藍圖（TMP）計劃仍然會是大贏家。
聯昌保持建築業“跑贏大市”評級，小型綜合水務承包公司提供良好的訂單成長潛能。涉及水務的金務大、商業高峰和實康都獲得“加碼”
