why suddenly wake up?

no news. last week went up high of 1.86 and collapse to 1.78 until 1.70. Then for pass 1 week someone been collecting around 1.70-1.74. Now rebound back.

One more thing to note, Capex required is 18.85 mil. Proposed to issue private placement which will involve up to 48.33 million shares or 10% of its total number of issued shares. If assuming they are issuing all 10% of new shares : 48.33 mil x ___ = 18.85mil. So the private placement issue price they need is only 39 cents. Factoring discounts of not more than 10% (for the purpose of this calculation, assuming good scenario Careplus give 10% discount which I doubt) that means the market share price should be only 43 cents (90% x ___ = 39 cents). So becareful.

Careplus report a strong last quarter. And with the drop of rubber prices and low natural gas, production costs will reduce and this coming quarter should record higher profit. With that in mind, they would drive up the share price to an acceptable level to get the required capex from private placement without issuing too many new shares. New shares issue will cause lower EPS. Once new shares placement completed which is some where end of August which also coincides with the quarterly report announcement, hopefully a stronger profit will soften the impact of a diluted eps. This is not a buy or sell call recomendation. Just merely sharing my thoughts.

This is just my opinion. High possibility the sharks block the price of son from rising but pushing up the mother to later block it at certain price. Then, they go for conversion of the son to mother. After conversion complete, the sharks dump the mother at price they have blocked.
