Regarding cheap airfares, passengers are free to shop for the best deal. You want to book the days you can travel. If they are throwing 99 sens and you cant go, what is the use of a good deal?

CMchin, on your argument re the background, experience and safety specs, please apply the same rules of play to Malindo if you are a prospective customer. Will Malindo have better service, cheaper flight tickets, free food and GOOD SAFETY Spec? If they do all these, how to make money?

Could SILK kindly change the 70km/hr limit on Silk highway from Sg. Long to Mines to 90km/hr which is normal for all toll highways? The jams at Mines is getting worse everyday with drivers hoarding the left turn towards Putrajaya for last minute turn up the bridge towards Sri. Kembangan. Can you add a concrete divider to prevent last min turn in?

Someone went to Malindo's open interview and reported that no one seems to know what they were doing. Cadet pilots applicants were pushed here and there...made to wait whole day for the first 2 days, then got a number end of 2nd day for 3rd day interview.

Does Lion Air offer better fare, food, and better seats in their home ground? How is their service? Similar to AA or better? I have never flown Lion Air in Indonesia so I don't know.

Has Lion Air won any awards for any achievements? Is Nadi capable of maintenance? Can the pilots do a 20 min turn around to maximise the 14-16 flight hours as mentioned by Malindo?

Has Malindo obtained landing rights in other countries or using MAS quota?

I find this report a fairer one that the other about AA downgraded to RM3.07. The other report complained about JAL AA starting slower than expected but thinks Malindo can perform miracles with a March startup.
