The Board of Directors of CMSB wishes to announce that PPES Works (Sarawak) Sdn Bhd, a 51% owned subsidiary company of CMS Works Sdn Bhd which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary company of CMSB, has, on 6 December 2019, signed a Letter of Acceptance from the Government of Sarawak for performance-based contract for the long-term management and maintenance of State roads [Jalanraya Negeri (JRN)]  in Sarawak for Package 1 (Kuching, Serian, Samarahan, Kapit, Sibu and Sarikei Division) for a period of ten (10) years, effective 1 January 2020 to 31 December 2029 ("Contract"). Further details of the Contract are set out in the attached file.
