I don't understand why some people are unduly worried about HY debt. Think of it this way, if you borrow 1RM for the business and make 2RM for each RM you borrow, you are doing a great thing for the company. Banks are not stupid to lend you if you are running a loss and unable to service the debt.
Has anyone thought of the stock of crude HY has to hold for it to run uninterrupted? HY has a capacity of about 150K bpd while Petron has a much lesser capacity. Therefor Petron needs less capital to keep crude stock.
