i It’s no joke when they say 300000 crosses the border of JB and SG in a day....imagine the impact of RTS in 2026! Landbanks and property in JB will have spillover effects from Limited yet very expensive freehold properties from our neighbour Singapore ....looking forward for it to happen in 2026

That’s why buy low sell high comes to play....furthermore RTS announcement last Friday after market closing . Do u know they bought land in JB during 1995 at only rm10 PSF ?
