the profits it has over the past 6 mths shows that it will trade below 40 cts...i bought at 34cts 2 mths ago.....i did a wrong analysis .I thought , it cld go abv 41 cts(i hav 30 pct profit)....I was wrong with my analysis......must be drunk !

I love Hua Yang;s growth and the way the management rewards its shareholders. TROP is no comparison .No sentiments in myview.Get both data together to compare and u know .Hua Yang is a class abv.....superior The challenge for Hua Yang and all its similiar industries is how the real estate market will behave in the coming mths...If Hua Yang cant survive, Trop will be in deep shit.Trop earnings dropping year to year. My opinion only...

I dont know how to interprent charts but from what u see, this counter will rebound soon. I agree with you......on the mother share.For the warrants, i disagree. If mother rebound , warrant will follow suit. Its the norm. There is no way, mother rebound and the warrant goes sideways ...

Instaco showing good profits for the last 2 qtrs ....earnings is abt 14 mil for 6 mths .revenue 36.5 mil for 6 mths .....great trend....coming qtr result, will determine the direction...

The share market to date is actually healthy not gloomy . All of us shld make money within every 3-6 mths. No need wait 2- 3 yrs. The stks i buy in todays market condition (index abt 1800) ,i normally see rtns averagely within 4wks to 4 mths.... worst is 10 pct gain but i hv got 100 pct before.
Market is still good but only invest in shares/company that has a track record of delivering profits.
This is my only rule that i know.

I held this share 1.5 yrs ago at 0.55 .Sold off abt 6 mths ago at a little loss. it was trading 4.5 -6 cts for a long ,long time. ..Not making money company, please dont be greedy n be careful..

Por's theory of 25 pct float share IF correct is actually the answer.....If it does not show that before they go to main board,they may fail the requirement... Even the company throwing shares now, who u think is buying ?? Eventually, the company with its excellent prospects will move the share price to even RM 1

Mother share now = 33 cts ......... Warrant = 17 +33 = 50 cts warrant therefore is OUT .with this formula, i cannot imaging how it can ever be IN the money.Warrant price increase in tandem with mother and always,perform better.So come 2018, better to sell ? Still 4plus years to go..

EPS thru the years have eroded from 11 cts to possibly 4 cts this year.Interesting to note is the profit to date is 14.4 mil highest ever (6 mths) compared to 7.1 mil (1 year ) when EPS was 11 cts.
Base on EPS , no buy but base on money profit,this share cld b doubled or triple the price.

on 23 Aug, i bought at 73 cts......recently show a gain of 1 cts....after 9 wks ! This Nov, P and L will determine the direction of the price. Insiders already know the result but not us....From the forum,if people are buying now, good chance result is good . Capital gain of 20 pct that is 87 cts sure can attain..Used to be a RM 1.06 share years back.Used to pay divident ,but not anymore.
Base on 2012 , debt = 40 million and cash bal = 40 million...Assets have grown positive to abt 300 -400 mil. For 2013 , no time to check the data

I need some help here on the calculation of fair value for the warrant. 1 warrant = 1 mother share.
Mother share now = 33.5 . What shld be value of the warrant ? 33.5 divide by 2 = 16.75 ?
