@noman yes the recent drop to 20C and upsurge really got everyone in awe . I was queuing WB at 13C on that day. Was holding some below 15C for trading.

comparatively this is still the cheapest oil and gas counter which has not recovered with true and fair value of acquisition with proven oil and going at 20C with major shareholding publicly announced increasing stakes to target of 32%. so it has fallen from a high of 62 (artificial) to a low of 20s (stable?) to reflect current unstable oil prices. How worst can it go? What is the best scenario?

Do nothing and wait if you're already in deep? @noman @ozzie75 that might be the best strategy.

What would HS do if the answer is NO?

What is the possibility that the vote is a NO?

What is the market float and who is holding the rest? proxy friendly parties funds?

If the answer is No how would it affect the share price?

If the answer is Yes who would subscribe if price remain suppressed?

The sentiment is still negative with votes leaning towards trading the OR and/or not subscribing.

If subscribe the cap is so huge 7B would it crash the price to 15C?

That is always the possibility so why subscribe you may as well buy in post-RI?

But don't forget there is also the sweetener of the free Warrant.

But regardless of what @sapumalaysia or @ogre explained about you , it is a fact that you never once warn or advise your followers of the down trend of the share price or the oil not once throughout the few months at the worst of times but they followed your advise unquestionably because they looked up to you and respected you and trusted you. every day you sell on the idea to them to buy and hold and wait and you were interacting with them daily and they were all confused and fearful and lost and they felt betrayed and lost a lot financially on paper or actual. you and others say you trade at your own risk? yes you trade at your own risk you make your own judgement call and decision but the betrayal you have caused to many loyal long term investors cannot be ignored or left as a footnote .

IF ex-price is 20C same as RI price, OR is worth zero.. and if you don't take up you face the risk of dilution of shares. of course OR price can't be traded zero but could be 0.0005 and you still have to pay brokerage.

you are wrong here. There are many long term investors who have persevered and lived through many months of trying times by choice and by force. and some are still willing to take up the RI and ride with it.

a sense of calm and stability is the name of the game to cultivate confidence building up to the EGM and RI. Those selling are either taking short gains or cutting loss but majority bought with mid term to long term view since HS surfaced with his acquisitions and RI is a reality.

It would appear that investors are buying with a mid term view with the anticipation that the price will be 'pushed up' nearer to the EGM or the ex-date or even to subscribe with a long term view that oil will gradually rebound and stabilized.

Personally I feel that the downside is very much limited at least not below 205C

I am not sure if you have been here long enough at least around Sept 2014 and saw the sting operation of Looiks at the crucial time when the oil debacle was just unraveling and many forumers here looked upon with for guidance and he gradually built their trust and confidence and he had daily interactions with them and he mis led them with a deliberate orchestrated scam .

That is the reason I am against him and it's not about being a sore loser or not taking responsibilities for your own decisions.

But people don't see the difference between this dangerous con man and thousands of forumers who come in and out promoting or demoting a stock and we take each at our own cognizance. Of course they are other sting operators like him in other forums too.

the neanderthal has a diva ego that he will never be able to comprehend anything except to watch his gelek vids and dream of his stupendous 100m gains from WB.
