IWC & IWH merger... valued IWC at RM1.50 initially. IWH without bandar msia project now, maybe, need to value IWC price higher... maybe, 1 IWC share= 1.5 IWH share. at RM1.66 now, limited risk for IWC, the merger has been agreed. Even at RM1.50, a premium of 10sen + for the enlarged merged entity seems reasonable.. 3rd largest property company in terms of landbank.
