Third quarter results on 3.11.2014.

Volume extremely low today (Friday). Is this an indication that profit taking by big fish is coming to an end and would trade sideways?

Next defence according to RHB research is RM3.57. That was the lowest level reached after ex-bonus/spit issues.

CIMB and RHBCAP crashed terribly to levels never seen before. I am just afraid that the merger will not be successful or they change the plan which is more fair to CIMB and RHBCAP and not fair to MBSB.

2.60 is broken at 4.15 pm Thursday. This time die. Next defence is at 2.55.

If RM2.60 is broken by big fishes this afternoon (Thursday), then all hells break loose. It will free fall.

Today morning (Thursday) is holding on well (unchanged) at RM2.61 even though others are dropping badly.

Today (Wednesday) MBSB fail to absorb the selling pressure. Now 2.62 and still on the way down. It is T + 3 of last Friday's gap up.

Looks like we have to wait till mid-2015 to opt for the RM2.82 cash option. All the four related counters, CIMB, RHBCAP, MBSB and OSK keep dropping.

This Quek is really smart. No one expected HLIND to hit limit down on ex-date. By pushing the price to hit limit down, investors got to chance to sell at all (at limit down, there is no quotation of buyers, only got quotation of sellers). Negative RM1.92 and negative RM1.08 will be negative RM3. And to make situation worse, Narra shares will only be given on 29.10.2014, that is, 11 market days after ex-date. By that time, Narra could fall to RM3. So, everything come back to square. No free gain at all.

DANIELSKS The ex-date indicates that the seller will get the distribution and not the buyer. The entitlement date is for the company to identify and confirm the rightful holder THAT EXIST IN THEIR RECORD on the said date and time. After the verification they will then credit the Narra shares into your CDS a/c WITHIN 8 market days from that date. In a nut shell, you can't sell your Narra shres until it's credited into your a/c but you can sell your HLI shares immediately on the ex-date. It's similar to dividend payout.

I prefer to opt for cash RM2.82 option rather than Mega Islamic Bank share which is not listed.

I have already bought 30 lots at an average price of RM2.625 last Friday. That is why I am worry if it cannot sustain at the RM2.60 to RM2.70 level if Dow Jones continue to drop. I don't think Narra can stay above RM4 on the 29.10.2014 which is 13 market days from now. RM0.23 X 10 = RM2.30 is more possible.
