Inari Amertron’s profit doubles in 3Q

KUALA LUMPUR: Inari Amertron Bhd doubled its net profit for the third quarter ended March 31, 2014 to RM25.5 million from RM12.4 million in the same period last year, mainly due to revenue growth at its existing business units, the strong US dollar and consolidation with the newly acquired Amertron Group.

Revenue more than tripled in the quarter to RM191.8 million from RM56.8 million previously. The higher revenue was mainly due to its consolidation with Amertron, which contributed RM106.8 million in revenue. Revenue from existing business units also jumped by an impressive 50% or RM28.2 million.

Diluted earnings per share for the quarter was 9.2% higher at RM4.02 compared with RM3.68 in the same quarter last year.

For the nine-month period to March 31 (9MFY14), the group saw net profit jump 151% to RM71.4 million from RM28.5 million in the previous corresponding period. Revenue more than tripled to RM569.8 million from RM173.5 million previously.

The higher revenue was mainly attributed to the consolidation with Amertron as well as higher trading volumes at existing business units.

Diluted earnings per share for 9MFY14 was 36.7% higher at RM11.74 versus RM8.59 in the previous corresponding period.

Inari Amertron also declared a third interim single-tier dividend of 1.2 sen and a special dividend of 0.8 sen per share. This brings FY14’s net dividend per share so far to five sen, up from 3.5 sen in the same period in FY13. Total net dividend in full FY13 stood at 4.5 sen per share.

On its prospects, Inari Amertron said it remains optimistic of maintaining its profitable performance, as it operates in market segments that continue to show good growth in the near future, such as the continued end-user adoption of smart mobile devices globally.

Citing the International Data Corp’s five-year forecast for mobile phone shipments worldwide by device vendors, the group said the worldwide mobile phone market is expected to grow 5.4% this year. Driving volumes higher are smartphones, particularly low-cost smartphones heading for emerging markets.

From 2013 to 2018, mobile phone shipments are expected to grow by a compound annual growth rate of 4%.

“This market trend supports a positive medium to long term outlook for the group,” it said.

業務潛能續發酵‧益納利美昌財測大調

（吉隆坡22日訊）益納利美昌（INARI,0166,創業板科技組）上半年淨利暴漲175%，肯納格研究認為旗下各業務潛能將持續發酵，未來盈利展望強勁，加上強大資產負債表有助支持40%派息率，決定上調未來兩年財測16%和26%。
肯納格表示，益納利美昌旗下電頻（RF）業務持續進入狀態，旗下廠房產能使用率幾乎爆滿，為此，該公司有意在第五新廠房增設一層組裝產能，相信新廠房可提昇電頻組裝產能約20%；以85%使用率計算，新廠料每年替該公司製造900萬令吉淨利。
整合影響正面
“光電業務亦不遑多讓，除了美昌（Amertron）持續作出合理貢獻外，益納利美昌本身的光導纖維業務，亦間接從美昌的積極研發活動中受惠，完成整合美昌亦對整體營運效率構成正面影響。”
其餘業務方面，肯納格認為益納利美昌旗下51%子公司CEEDtec近期取得營運收支平衡，可望在2015年作出有意義的貢獻，今年1月投產的光導纖維業務，貢獻同樣低微，可隨高速數據傳輸需求不斷成長，光導纖維可能成為未來主要盈利貢獻源之一。
此外，肯納格補充，即使完成整合美昌，益納利仍然處於淨現金狀態，假設該公司保持過去兩年的40%派息率，預測2015財政年每股派息額可能增加至10.5仙，相等於合理的4%週息率。
有鑑於此，肯納格決定調高未來兩年財測，認為該股仍有上漲空間，新目標價為3令吉15仙，相等於2015財政年12倍本益比，較2年平均估值高出2個標準差，重申“短線買進”評級不變。（星洲日報／財經‧報道：李三宇）

Not forget our old friend like Chong and slts is the people who always give negative comments for this stock since I join this forum but the stock performance had shut their mouth... Because of stock price climbs.... But so surprise slts give positive comments today....
I follow this stock since 0.70... During this period of time the stock price goes up and down like roller coaster but I never sell as I strongly believe it can climb further. From what I can see here is that the stock price climb from 0.70 till 2.90 new high within 7 months.... This is good fundamental stock and not for goreng, a lot of finance institution had put their fund into this stock.... The business is good as you can see their revenue and profit is grows from Q to Q, the 40million Capex put into this year is to prove that the business is grows. Another new record breaking for Q3'14 revenue and profit will be announced soon and which will bring to another new high record for the stock price... I strongly believe TP at least RM3.50 will be very soon. Believe or not, up to you... For me, keep holding and accumulating when I have extra money... That is reason why my collecting stock price range is very high from 0.xx till 2.xx. When the stock price drop, it's a good time for me to collect more... The latest TP from few researcher shows the price still can climb further.... Sell your stock if you "Kia Su" and let me collect from you... I am waiting to collect....
