A stock's behaviour is similar to a girl's behaviour. We have to study the behaviour of girl first. If the girl is serious, committed and "wife material", you can commit to her wholeheartedly no problem (investment grade stock).

If a stock is speculative, its like a girl who is promiscuous. How to commit and love her wholeheartedly? Just play along with her and have fun la. You cannot be wholeheartedly serious with a highly flirtatious girl, expecting her to change her ways just because you love her wholeheartedly. Her beautiful face and vital stats (NTA) may look impressive, but the girl is highly promiscuous and flirtatious (speculative stock). She prefers to have multiple no-commitment romance partners (multiple short cycles of price ups and downs).

Covid low was 2.95.

@KooSan, it doesnt matter what was his average price. He just had a free 30+ sen "dividend". If his average price was 4.30, now his average price probably become 3.98. If someone did this for over 10 times ranging from 30 sen, 40 sen, 50 sen, 80 sen, etc he would have taken back his capital long ago and the cost for the shares he is holding now becomes technically FOC.

A couple of weeks ago, I sold off all my GENTING holdings at RM4.80+. Last Friday, I was quite lucky to be able to buy back all of them at RM4.50 precisely.

Every year will have at least 5 such opportunities, sometimes 30+ sen, sometimes 40+ sen. Very rarely these days, but rm1 possible also. During initial Covid vaccine days we saw rm2 before.

....... which stock market guru taught you to buy high sell low??? If Im trading this stock recently, I would have sold at 4.80+. Some months ago there were people here talking abt selling at 5.20, 5.50, 5.80 etc. I knew most of the time the crowd will get it wrong and my chart is telling me around 4.90 is the conviction sell zone.

@Michael there is no need to analyse until paralyse la. After contributing numerous articles / news abt AD or Taurx and having said here that I hold some Taurx shares, anyone can easily conclude Im really holding some Taurx shares. Nothing special being a small Taurx shareholder la, there are over 1200 Taurx shareholders.

If Im not confident in my own trading / investment decisions, I wont be putting any money in them.

ATK is just a small fry compared to the real Musang King here in i3. When a person is cocky and self-confident (regardless of how good his skill is, even with 100% accuracy), he will invite insecure detractors to start all sorts of false accusations. Hence its a good idea to stay low profile.

4.65 is an obvious support zone since 13/05/2024 la (support tested a few times recently). You can predict price will move to 5.10 next? You got the crystal ball? There are always both investors and traders in any stock la. Observing trends and price action play a huge part for traders. It has become a job hazard for me even when Im not trading, a non-stop learning journey. Different schools (investment vs trading), but both methods can be deadly, can huat big also. We have to keep learning and improving.

Many times, in the middle of a rally when ATK said he bought, others will accuse ATK a horse-back-cannon fake trader. I showed my trading records. After price collapsed ATK said he already sold earlier, others will accuse Im a fake trader. I showed my trading records. At 4.05 zone when Im preaching to bad karma black-heart MM to cutloss, others will accuse ATK a very lousy trader. I showed my trading records showing that I actually bought at 4.05 zone. On several occasions others have accused me wannabe / fake Taurx investor. If I tell them the amount of Taurx shares Im holding, others will accuse me of gloating. Not only can HMTM halt cognitive decline, it can reverse back up. I know the market transactions of taurx shares well even though its not listed. Our valuation is bigger than Genting Bhd.
