Personally I think its not easy to close the type of deal Taurx is looking for. Most likely M.E SWFs and their SOEs will be looking at another type of deal structure.

UAE CA likely in Q4 this year. Probably not a strong catalyst for Gen B stock price. But its an important event for Taurx to kickstart other deals.

UAE govt sponsored 10 weeks mini trial starting next month. Talking to M.E SWFs n SOE pharmas for deals.

Im very concerned too. I plan to sell some shares to take back capital before FDA result. If FDA approves, i think T share price can increase by 400% of pre-FDA price eventually. If FDA rejects, price may immediately drop by 30% but will slowly recover as the company works towards IPO without USA mkt. So the risk reward is 30 vs 400 for the FDA event.

Agree with Riaz that Taurx IPO will be bad news. Most shareholders prefer grand jackpot. However, business plans will have to move forward via territory JVs + IPO. The company cannot be sitting still waiting for suitors like a desperate bride. We have to move forward aggressively with our own effort to make HMTM the global drug of choice against AD n also for AD preventive mkt.

ATK: UK MHRA's final decision on CA is unlikely to be within 2024. We still have to file in more submissions which will take abt 5 to 6 months to complete it, followed by another 6 to 9 months for the regulator's final decision.

FDA delayed our Type C meeting request (supposed to be end Jan, before Taurx AGM on 6 Feb @6pm). We are not even sure if FDA will agree to consider HMTM using the Accelerated Approval pathway. If yes, I think FDA's final decision for AA will probably be at least 1.5yrs away.

Aiyo please dont be so critical la. Such sports events are usually major money losing events. Olympics at Athens, Greece still end up in financial mess.
