MHRA's decision was to approve lecanemab but on the same day, NICE's decision was to reject insuring for lecanemab. The same thing happened today for donanemab (Eli Lilly). MHRA's announced decision to approve donanemab but concurrently NICE's decision rejected insuring the costly drug.
