My conclusion is lecanemab n donanemab are both low efficacy symptomatic drugs (even less effective than aricept or Namenda approved some 20 years ago). The slopes on the graphs are all sloping downwards in parallel. A real disease modifying drug shd see the downward slopes diverging away, not parallel.

It seems there is accelerated disease progression when measuring natural biomarkers. Increased NfL n accelerated brain atrophy, the neuro-degeneration is actually even worse! Those trial endpoints are showing slowdown in decline due to the temporary symptomatic effects of those drugs (weaker than aricept).
