Maybe pbb more branded than Top glove.. Ha Ha.. Top glove latest qtr profit is rm2.3 billion agst pbb rm1. 3 billion.

Pbb is the best Bank stock no dispute . But no reason for price to move up due to bonus issue unless fantastic earning like Top Glove. Bonus issue won't improve earning.. Be careful my dear investor. After bonus, share can just drop to it's original price.

 Reiterate BUY, with MYR2.66 TP, 39% upside and c.3% yield. The 10%
private placement proposal, in our view, is essential for Serba Dinamik to
better execute its new projects in Abu Dhabi, and enhance its
competitiveness with the new yard upgrade. While the company is not in
financial distress, the reduction of its net gearing will also address concerns
on its short-term liquidity and escalating gearing level.
 A proposed private placement… Serba Dinamik has proposed to
undertake a private placement of up to 336.8m or 10% of its total number
of issued shares (excluding 22.1m treasury shares), at a price to be
determined later. The proposal may be implemented in a single or multiple
tranche(s), within six months from the date of Bursa Malaysia Securities’
approval. Note that Dato’ Karim and/or persons connected with him may
participate in the placement up to 101m or 3% of total issued shares, which
requires shareholder approval at the forthcoming EGM. To ensure a
mandatory take-over offer is not triggered, Serba Dinamik has determined
that the exercise will not result in: i) The shareholdings of Dato’ Karim
exceeding 32.9%, or ii) the collective shareholdings of Dato’ Karim and/or
persons connected with him (including interested directors) increasing by
more than 2% within six months upon completion of the placement, in the
event that their shareholdings are already in excess of 33% prior to
placement to Dato’ Karim.

proposed this year, after the first was completed in May, with MYR456.7m
proceed raised. Assuming the placement shares are issued at an illustrative
price of MYRM1.53, Serba Dinamik could raise MYR515.4m. The bulk of
the proceeds, or MYR315.9m (59%), will be funnelled for working capital
(mainly Abu Dhabi projects), while MYR200m will be split evenly for capex
(Teluk Ramunia yard upgrade) and repayment of debt borrowings. With
that, its FY20F net gearing should be reduced to 0.5x, from 0.7x.
 Still BUY. We keep our earnings estimates and TP, pending approval of
the exercise. Post completion, our FY21-22F earnings could increase
marginally, factoring interest savings, but TP will be adjusted to MYR2.51
after accounting for the higher share base, pegging to unchanged 14x
FY21F P/E. Note that we have yet to impute the contribution from the
MYR7.7bn Abu Dhabi project into our forecasts. We estimate the project
could generate c.MYR700-800m of revenue in FY21 (c.13% of our FY21F
turnover). Serba Dinamik remains a sector Top Pick, with its consistent
earnings growth, backed by a robust orderbook and contract flows.

Not easy to find good counter on bursa. EPS keep increasing for 5 quarters during civid time. Even banks counter facing drop in profit. Profit after tax for Sept qtr incresse by 759%..This is facts not pluck from air like Anson. Regret buying only 20 lots but cannot be greedy.. Cheers!!
