AmInvestment Bank Research maintained its "buy" call and fair value on Serba Dinamik Holdings following the completion of its book-building exercise for its private placement.

The research house has a fair value of RM2.20 a share on the stock, based on a slightly lowered 22% discount to its diluted sum-of-parts valuation of RM2.83 a share.

The fall in earnings was attributed to a 60% increase in provisions to 2.68 billion baht as at the end of FY20 from 2.3 billion baht at the end of FY19. Bonus issue won't push uo share price. Future growth earning can push up share price.
