The disposal of its entire shareholdings in APT to Econbond for 30m to pay the bankers is part of the proposed regularisation plan to uplift Octagon from PN 17.
However,it must be noted that an amount of 38.7m being amount due from APT to Octagon will have to be written off.I believe this is one of the terms and the conditions in the agreement with the interested parties on the merger/reverse takeover.ie to clean up the liabilities before the merger/takeover.
