Overbought very unlikely as the huge bulk are bought by foreign/buyers over the last 15 trading days.I am confident buyers will outnumber sellers in the coming days.More potential foreign/institutional buyers who are still sideline at the moment waiting for official contract announcement.These group of investors buy only based on factual data.Eg:1)Is the contract secured? 2)total contract value? 3)duration of contract before they could derived at Dayang's earning projection.Next they have to work out the forecast their own ROI.Only then the decision/action to buy or not to buy.

I started buying CF from 3rd May @ 0.13.Ave cost now stood at 0.2537.An outstanding ROI of 54% for me if CF up by 10 sen to

My guess is before finalization of contract the price will be between the range 0.11 -0.20.A lot of RM to make from here if u time it right:Buy low sell high.Make sure u keep half of your holding for next Tsunami.If in the rare event the deal is call off,u already make a small fortune!

The ex MD via Demi Maju has disposed more than 1 mil shares in the open market since 11th Mar.He still hold 12 mil shares as at 29th Mar.The new board is proposing (subjected to shareholders approval)to buy back own share from open market to shore up the price which has declined from above RM 2 to RM 0.86(market cap erased by 55%)

The old board was irresponsible to announced a 100% dividend policy without due consideration of the accumulated losses amounting to 24 mil.A shameful act out of desperation to fish for vote to be in the board.
Moving forward,the new board is cleaning up what are necessary to keep the co in order.

1)Reduced the par value from RM 1 to 50 sen (paid up capital reduced by half to 21 mil

2)To use the share premium account to partially offset the accumulated loss from 24 mil to 416k.

3)To pay dividend only after setting aside profit for reinvestment to add value to co.

To the new board members,well done and keep up with the good work.
