I think the last 2 rally was pushed down on purpose. 1st by Awang and 2nd by PP. But right after PP, Karim went on a cray buying spree, his bought so much, about 10%, more or less. His price ranges from RM1.6 to RM1.8. I think he believes it will go up from there but somehow the market disagree with him. 13.4% is public float, and if some institution decided to buy, the momentum will be there.

That is what I am very curious. I suspect investor are not too happy with their huge debt. If Karim really wants the price to go up, he should come up with a plan to reduce the debt, but somehow he is more keen on growing as fast as he can by taking up as much debt as he can. 2 outcome.

1. He is able to grow faster and once it is big enough, he will pay down the debt.
2. The next Sapura.

Based on the doc submitted to Bursa, this is the PP price. PP usually takes about 6 weeks, so once PP is done and if their QR is good, it won't be RM30m high because it was only RM15, the other RM15m is because of some legal thing they won, so if profit is about RM15m, then it is good news.

To raise RM227.8, the share price to new holders must be RM1.63 (after 10% discount) X 139 m shares.

This means SCIB must be around RM1.793 (before 10% discount) for them to raise the required amount as working capital.
